Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Fal Perisi - Fortune Teller Fairy Android app and falperisi.com ("Fal Perisi", "we") collect, how we use it and your rights. The data controller is the Google Play developer account Labelva. Contact: [email protected]

1. Data we collect

  • User ID, created automatically on first launch, to keep your account, balance and readings.
  • Name, date of birth, gender, relationship status, sign (optional) to personalise readings.
  • Email and password (optional) if you register in Settings.
  • Coffee cup photos (optional) that you send for a reading.
  • Questions, support messages and reading ratings (optional) that you write.
  • Purchase records of gold or subscriptions bought through Google Play.
  • Device information and notification token to send notifications.
  • Advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP address, in-app interactions and diagnostics via Google AdMob and Firebase, for ads, analytics and fraud prevention.
  • Crash reports to fix bugs.

Payment details are handled by Google Play and never reach us. We do not request location, contacts or microphone permissions; we only receive gallery photos that you pick.

2. Service providers

We do not sell your data. Google Play Billing, Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config), Google AdMob and our hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms (how Google uses data). You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in Android settings. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

3. Security

All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Retention

Your account and the information that identifies you is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Reading records and photographs, separated from your identity, are kept to improve the service. Purchase records are kept for 10 years for legal accounting obligations. Firebase and AdMob data follows Google's retention settings (up to 14 months).

5. Your rights and account deletion

Under GDPR and KVKK you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. To delete your account, follow the steps at falperisi.com/hesap-silme. For other requests email [email protected].

6. Children

Fal Perisi is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.

8. Our websites and cookies

This section covers the falperisi.com and fortunefairyapp.com websites.

  • Essential storage. The sites keep two small records in your browser's local storage (localStorage) that they need to work: your cookie choice and when you made it, and, if you closed the app bar at the bottom of the page, when you closed it. These records are not sent to our servers and do not identify you.
  • Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google's Consent Mode to measure how the sites are used. If you choose "Accept all", Google Analytics cookies are stored in your browser for up to 2 years; they may also link one visitor's browsing across our two sites. If you choose "Essential only", or have not chosen yet, no analytics cookies are stored; Google receives only cookieless signals that do not identify you (such as the page visited, the time and the browser type), used solely for aggregated statistics. If you close the notice without choosing, this counts as accepting all cookies.
  • Anonymous counts. We also keep daily aggregate visit counts on our servers, without cookies and without identifying anyone (how often each kind of page is viewed and how often the download buttons are clicked); no IP address or user ID is stored.
  • No advertising. Our websites show no ads, and Google Analytics' advertising and personalisation features are turned off.
  • Changing your choice. Use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page to change your choice at any time. You can delete Google Analytics cookies already stored from your browser settings.
