Deleting your Fal Perisi account

How to delete it

Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address registered in the app or your invitation code, so that we can find your account.

An in-app delete button is on the way. When it is ready, the steps will be written here.

What is deleted

Your account and the information that identifies you is deleted. Within 30 days we permanently delete your account details (user ID, name, nickname, email, password), profile details (date of birth, time of birth, gender, relationship status, sign, profile picture), any linked Google or Apple account, your session keys and account recovery details, support messages and questions, gold and cup balances, and the device token used for notifications. The account cannot be signed in to again.

What is kept

Reading records and coffee cup photographs, separated from your identity, are kept to improve the service; they are no longer linked to you. Purchase records (order ID, product, date, amount) are kept for 10 years to meet legal accounting obligations. Usage data collected by Google Firebase and Google AdMob that is not directly linked to you is kept for up to 14 months under Google's retention settings.
